FOCUS

Customer, team, owner

01 / THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Behind a simple “deliver some water”
is an entire business.

Accept the order, check the schedule, verify payment, answer the customer and help them return. Each of these tasks has its place in the product.

01

Orders without the back-and-forth

A catalogue, saved addresses and purchase history let customers place orders themselves.

Customer experience ↗
02

A shared view for the team

App orders and purchases entered by a manager are handled in one dashboard, with statuses and filters.

Team workflow ↗
03

The next purchase is part of the plan

Reordering, rewards, referrals and push notifications give the business tools to engage its customer base.

Bringing customers back ↗

02 / ONE ORDER. THE WHOLE PROCESS.

See how
all the pieces connect.

Follow five steps, from choosing a product to ordering again. Each step shows a real screen from the relevant part of the system.

CUSTOMER / APP

A purchase starts with a choice.

Water, equipment and accessories share one catalogue. Each product page shows the price, rewards and an option to add it to the cart.

THE BENEFIT

Customers can explore the range and choose at their own pace.

Real interfaces · demo data

03 / THE TEAM’S WORKSPACE

An admin dashboard that
makes the process visible.

Payment, delivery, processing, customer and address sit together. Filters help the team focus on orders that need attention.

● ● ●AQUA / MANAGEMENT DASHBOARDORDERS
One place for every order

After a phone call, a manager can place an order by selecting the customer, products, address and delivery time.

A schedule with real constraints

Access based on roles

Separate accounts for administrators, heads of sales, managers, logistics coordinators and marketers.

04 / KEEPING THE RELATIONSHIP GOING

The delivery is complete.
The customer’s story continues.

Coming back is built into the product: a familiar purchase on the home screen, rewards in the profile and support a tap away.

05 / EXPLORE THE DETAILS

The scope of the system.
Screen by screen.

Choose a part of the product, open a feature and enlarge the screenshot. Explore the daily work behind the interface.
