BUSINESS AUTOMATION

Less routine.
More
control.

I build systems that connect enquiries, customers and teamwork. Designed around your processes and real needs.

Discuss automation ↗

WHEN TO START

Business growing?
More manual
work too?

Enquiries in messengers, payments in another system, statuses in a spreadsheet. To understand what is happening, you have to ask the team.

We start with a specific process: where information gets lost, what repeats every day and which tasks a system can handle. This helps us define the first version of the solution.

Data is transferred manually

Statuses are hard to track

The team uses separate tools

What I help automate

01

Enquiries and sales

Collect enquiries, assign owners and see where each customer is in the sales process.

03

Bookings and schedules

Manage bookings, availability and reminders.

04

Teamwork

Assign tasks, coordinate actions and track deadlines.

05

Documents and payments

Generate documents from templates, track payments and send reminders.

06

Reporting and data exchange

Collect metrics and share information between your website, CRM and other services.

We define the scope together, based on your business processes.

START WITH WHAT YOU NEED

You do not have to
change everything.

Automation can start with a single task that takes up time every day.

Connect existing tools. Set up data exchange between services that support the required integrations.

Automate one process. Choose a specific use case, agree on the outcome and test it with your team.

Build a custom system. Create a solution around your rules when existing tools cannot meet your needs.

PROJECT EXAMPLE / AQUA

From order
to delivery.

A mobile app and management dashboard for a water delivery business.

Customers place orders, the team handles them in the admin panel, and statuses, payments and delivery schedules come together in one process.

HOW WE WORK

From conversation
to everyday
use.

First, we agree on the outcome and scope of the first version. Then I share working parts of the system so we can test the solution against your use cases.

  1. Understand the process

We look at how your team works, which tools you already use and where delays occur.

  2. Agree on the solution

We outline use cases, integrations, the first version, the budget and the launch plan.

  3. Build and verify

I build the system and work with you to test it against real business scenarios.

  4. Put it into use

We set up access, the agreed data migration and team workflows. We define support and further development separately.

BEFORE WE START

Frequently asked questions.

How much does automation cost?

The cost depends on use cases, integrations, user roles and the state of your existing data. After discussing your needs, I prepare an estimate for a defined scope of work.

Do we need to replace all our current tools?

It depends on your needs. If your existing services are suitable and support the necessary integrations, we can connect them. We build a custom system for processes that need one.

Can we start with a small task?

Yes. We choose one process with a clear outcome, launch it and decide what to automate next.

How long does development take?

We set the timeline after clarifying the scope and dependencies: service access, data readiness and agreed use cases. We approve the plan for the first version before development begins.

What should I prepare for the first conversation?

A brief description of your business, a list of current tools and an example of the process that takes the most time. You do not need a finished technical specification.

LET’S START WITH YOUR NEEDS

Which process
needs simplifying?

Tell me how it works today and what you want to change.
Together, we will define the first step.
